The Traffic Logistics is one of the largest traffic management companies in the Greater Sydney and Illawarra regions with over 500 staff operating across multiple projects. Ngurra Advisory were engaged by their Executive team to fulfil their Aboriginal recruitment and retention ambitions and to achieve meaningful and long-lasting outcomes for Aboriginal communities. It was determined that the most effective pathway for Traffic Logistics to achieve these outcomes were via a structured reconciliation journey.

Ngurra Advisory worked alongside the Traffic Logistics Exec team on their reconciliation journey which included the following activities:

  • Cultural Awareness Activities

  • Discovery and Opportunity Mapping (Employment, Business and Community Connections)

  • Business Case and Framework Development

  • Establishment and Governance Requirements for the Reconciliation Action Group Committee

The above activities have allowed Traffic Logistics to identify practical actions that will drive Traffic Logistics contribution to reconciliation both internally and in the communities in which it operates.
